We stand behind the quality of every reading. Here is our refund policy.
✦ Effective Date: January 2025
Due to the personal and time-sensitive nature of spiritual readings, all completed readings are non-refundable. Once a reading has been delivered — whether as a PDF, voice note, or live session — the booking is considered fulfilled.
If you need to cancel your booking before the reading has been started, please contact Muskan via WhatsApp or email within 12 hours of payment. A full refund or credit towards a future reading may be offered at Muskan's discretion.
If you feel your reading was unclear or did not address your question, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. Muskan will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a clarification follow-up or a partial re-read at no extra cost.
If you miss a scheduled live session without prior notice, the session is considered used and no refund will be issued. We ask for at least 6 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
